INOXPA’s Plant-based beverage production line is engineered to deliver efficient, hygienic, and scalable processing for drinks made from cereals, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Designed for commercial production, the line supports a wide range of products including oat milk, almond milk, soy beverages, rice drinks, and blended plant formulations with stable texture and flavour consistency.

Our systems are developed as turnkey plant-based drink solutions, covering the entire process from raw material intake to final packaging. The system gives better output, controlled viscosity, and retained nutrients while operating within certified food safety standards.

Process capabilities include:

  • Continuous extraction with wet milling to get uniform particle size and smoother texture
  • Enzymatic hydrolysis for improved solubility and flavour development
  • Solid liquid separation system integrated to filter out insoluble fibres and remaining solids.
  • Controlled oil blending with high shear homogenisation for smooth and stable emulsions.
  • Thermal processing with plant based drink heating and UHT treatment to protect microbial safety and longer shelf life.
  • Final pasteurisation with aseptic packaging to maintain hygienic and contamination free filling

The line is developed as hygienic and contamination free plant beverage lines with sanitary construction, automated valves, and controlled processing conditions. Automation enables precise recipe control, consistent batch output, and real time tracking of temperature, flow, and pressure.

Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) protocols are fully integrated to reduce manual intervention, shorten downtime, and maintain consistent production hygiene.
